Butter. It’s What’s for Thanksgiving

butter

Remember when butter was “better”?

Butter was gourmet?  Butter meant you’d “made it”?

Yeah, those days are gone.

So be daring this year. Be Canadian! Shove butter in your turkey, on top of your turkey and in all your side dishes.

Your forefathers thank you.

WARNING:  We recommend having a defibrillator handy, as well as 911 pre-programmed in your phone.  Unless, of course, rich Uncle Henry is dining with you.  Have that bastard sign his will over to you and then feed him dinner. Ca-ching!

THANK YOU to all who have donated so far to Blueberry’s Operation Fund.  Frankie Furter is organizing an auction with proceeds to go to the Fund.  Please participate, there’s going to be a lot of nice stuff auctioned off!!

You can get a Chuckit at Target, Petsmart, or any other place that sells dog stuff. Amazon has good deals on them. I bought the pocket sized launcher because my backyard's not that big. Here's the link to the regular sized ones... http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00006IX59/ref=mp_s_a_1?qid=1290568869&sr=8-1

Hi Barbara
my help will be to you in a few days for Blueberry.
The auction will be grand!

Moms won't let me have butter.
Someday, I will snag a stick of it though

My mom really likes butter...but I don't think she would consider it a miracle!
I want to suggest that you have a second comment section. You have one for the "incredibly witty people", but no place for the rest of us to leave our comments.

Thanks so much for the wonderful link you gave us on your site. So many homeless dogs, so little time.

As to butter, we think it is a good thing, after all it is good for our coats. Our family thinks that combining the word "diet" with the word "food" results in an oxymoron.

Ha - this is so funny! When I was a kid we went to Canada on a vacation, and there was this little deli where we ate almost every day. They put butter on their sandwiches instead of mayonaise. For about a year afterward, I thought turkey sandwiches with butter & lettuce were the best thing ever, and ate them every week.
