And So It Begins

Will spend all afternoon at Kaiser with mom today doing pre-op.  If all goes well, next Monday we cut her open (gallows humor, folks.) Minnie The Destroyer ate my cellphone this weekend, prompting me to buy a "certified pre-owned" Droid, which will arrive sometime tomorrow, hopefully, if FedEx can find my building on campus here. Have not been able to sleep the past three days...running on fumes only. Bear with me while I deal with real life. xxx
